ADVANCED RISK ASSESSMENT COURSE

COURSE OBJECTIVE
This is an in depth course following the RAT course and the objective of this course is to give the candidate the necessary tools and practical experience to become a risk analyst. Maintenance and design engineers will also benefit from this course as this will give them the tools to analyze systems in order to obtain the necessary information to improve the performance and safety associated with the system.

COURSE LEADER
The course is conducted by Dr Hennie Minnaar who has extensive experience in risk assessment and consequence modeling, gathered over a period of more than 35 years and who was also instrumental in the development of this course. As Managing Director of BIRA, he is also involved in consulting regarding risk assessment. In his career he has been involved in more than 500 risk assessments covering more or less every aspect of the manufacturing, process and retail industries. This experience is also reflected in the course.
COURSE DURATION

COST
The cost of the course is R11 500.00 (eleven thousand five hundred rand) excluding VAT. This includes the course manual, stationery, handouts and course certificate plus coffee, tea and lunch.
The course could be conducted in-house at a fixed amount of R90,000.00 (ninety thousand rand) excluding VAT, plus R650.00, excluding VAT, per delegate for course material, stationery and course certificate. Maximum twenty delegates. Travelling and accommodation excluded.
